The countless popular celebrations, and the world famous Carnaval, are a particular expression of the Brazilian identity. Our gastronomy is exquisite, Brazilian cuisine is a mix of influences from Europe, Native Indigenous, and Africa, and it influences the world in return. Feijoada is the most popular dish and it goes well with caipirinha (cachaça, blended with sugar and fresh lemon); exotic fruits complete the picture.
